TKNP Inc · The Kosmos Network Project

Simplify merch.
By removing friction.

We build the infrastructure of the merch industry — one account, one marketplace, one workshop OS, one shared network of workshops.

01Promise

What we do
  1. Premium Merch.

Pieces people actually want to wear — heavy fleece, real embroidery, colors that hold.

How we do it
  1. Fast.

From brief to delivery in days, not weeks. One account, zero back-and-forth.

  2. Trust.

Verified workshops, clear prices, one responsible party from quote to door.

  3. Global.

A network that crosses borders — Europe first, then beyond.

02Products

One company, four letters.

The company's acronym is its plan. One letter, one product. Three of them face the market; the fourth faces the workshop.

Buy & sell

tknp.io

Custom clothing and official merch for organizations.

Visit tknp.io

One account: pro purchasing from the manufacturers' catalogs, every marking technique, prices shown — and the organization's official store on the same account.

For whom
Clubs, schools, companies, events, public bodies — any organization that dresses people.
What you get
Custom clothing at a displayed price, decoration included, from ten pieces; a fast quote; and an official store with your name on it, opening late 2026.
How it connects
Production runs on Kosmos Network. tknp.io absorbed The Kosmos on 14 September 2026: one address, two channels.

Kosmos Network

The network of independent workshops.

Visit kosmosnetwork.io

A public directory of verified printers and a structured call for tenders: one brief, three matched offers, workshops at full value.

For whom
Independent printers, embroiderers and decorators.
What you get
A public, verified directory and structured calls for tenders — one brief, three matched offers, projects at full value.
How it connects
The network beneath tknp.io and The Kosmos, owned by neither. Workshops keep their name and their margin.
Print

The workshops' production tool.

The tool the network's workshops run on — their listing, the projects the network sends them, the offers they answer with, their capacity. Where the work gets done, not where it gets shown.

In build — kos.network

Buy and sell, fulfill, print — three products on one platform. Beneath them, a single account and a single network of workshops, owned by no product. Every project makes it stronger.

03Why

The merch industry is one of the largest and most fragmented in the world. Organizations struggle to find reliable workshops. Workshops struggle to reach qualified buyers. Trust is expensive. Every project starts from scratch.

We believe this industry deserves modern infrastructure.

Mission

Simplify merch by removing friction — between the organization, the workshop and the person who wears the piece.

Vision

Become the European platform for merch — the one account organizations, buyers and workshops work from.

What we hold to

Ship fast

A demo that runs beats a perfect document. We ship a slice, then refine it.

Obsessed with merch

We talk in grams, stitch density, and how a color holds after washing.

Async by default

A decision lives in writing everyone can re-read, whenever it suits them.

Agents do the work

Our AIs produce actual output: visuals, follow-ups, quality checks. They hold a station.

The road
  1. 01Live
    Commerceorganizations sell their official merch.
  2. 02Live

  4. 04

  5. 05
Infrastructurethe rails the industry runs on.

04Team

A team that already sold what it's building.

TKNP was born in a textile printing workshop. We are industrializing a trade we have practiced for eighteen years.

The founder

Alexandre Kosmala

Founder & CEO · Strategy · Product · Tech

He sets the direction and writes the platform. If a feature is missing, he is the one who builds it.

Before TKNP he built and ran Main Gauche, his own textile printing workshop, for eighteen years — printing, embroidering, packing, delivering, invoicing. He knows the knit that pills on the third wash and the order that lands three days after the tournament. That trade is what he put into the platform.
